how we handle it.

This policy explains how E2E Customer Focus handles personal information when you visit our website, use the Revenue Leak Check, request a discovery call, enquire about training, apply for work, or contact us. It also covers forms we operate on other domains or platforms.

Effective date · 5 November 2026

E2E Customer Focus is responsible for the personal information we collect for our own website and enquiries. You can reach us about any matter below.

Address

JVXG+Q5V Canada Road, DG-190-2852, Accra, Ghana

We generally receive information from you, your device, or the platform you use to contact us. If you provide another person's details, share them only if you have permission or another lawful basis. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, customer lists, or sensitive personal information through our public forms. For the Leak Check, use business totals instead of information that identifies individual customers.

Fields marked as required are needed to process that request through the form. If you leave them blank, you may be unable to submit the form or see the result. Where we mark information as optional, you can leave it out. For example, you can skip the Leak Check's financial figures and still receive a score, but we may be unable to estimate what is at stake.

03 — How and why we process your information

the basis for everything we do with your information

  • Depending on the purpose, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request or perform an agreement, to meet a legal obligation, or to pursue a legitimate business interest where Ghanaian law allows it.

  • Our legitimate interests may include keeping the site secure, preventing misuse, and keeping appropriate business records.

  • A reply to your enquiry, a discovery call confirmation, an update about your application, or follow-up you agreed to about your Leak Check result is related to your request. Promotional messages are a separate choice.

  • We will ask for your separate, prior written consent before using your information for direct marketing. You can decline marketing and still submit an enquiry or application. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or following the opt-out instructions in the message.

04 — Cookies and similar technologies

how the site keeps things working and secure

  • The site and services embedded in it may use cookies or browser storage to make pages and forms work, maintain a session, or protect against misuse.

  • If we use optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will explain what they do and offer the relevant choices before enabling them where consent is required.

  • You can also manage cookies in your browser. Blocking essential technologies may affect some features.

05 — Who can receive your information

who we share with, and why

  • We limit access to team members and authorised service providers who need it for the purpose described above. Providers may include website hosts, form and CRM platforms, database and security providers, and email or messaging services.

  • Discovery enquiries are handled through our Robo-X CRM workflow, and some recruitment and training forms are hosted separately from our main site.

  • We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights. When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or another external platform, that platform also handles information under its own privacy policy.

  • Some providers may process or store information outside Ghana. Where this happens, we take steps appropriate to the service and applicable law to protect the information and limit how it is used.

06 — How long we keep information and how we protect it

retention and the steps we take to protect you

  • We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • We may keep some records longer where necessary to meet legal obligations, handle a dispute, or record and respect a marketing opt-out.

  • When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or remove identifying details, subject to applicable requirements.

  • We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information, including limiting access to people who need it. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.

07 — Your rights and how to contact us

Subject to Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and its applicable conditions, you can do any of the following.

  • Ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to it.

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information or delete information we should no longer retain.

  • Withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, or ask us to stop or reconsider other processing where the law allows.

  • If you have concerns about how we handle your information, you may also file a complaint with Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

To make a request

Email daniel@e2ecustomerfocus.com. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity.

08 — Changes to this policy
  • If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.

  • If a change requires fresh consent, we will ask for it separately.
