As our dream Account Executive you’ll be in the driver's seat to nurture those leads and sell them on E2E Customer Focus' services and approach to solving their digital marketing challenges. 

Selling digital ads/campaigns services is a nuanced skillset and we’re looking to bring on a team member that has experience managing digital ads/campaigns or selling digital marketing services. The ability to take a prospect through the sales process requires a deep understanding of how the digital marketing ecosystem works. 

The sales approach is consultative and each pitch is customized for every brand’s unique challenges. It’s important that you excel at consultative selling.

 Our team is highly collaborative so you’ll be working with teammates that will help get you started and support you along the way, we don’t compete with each other we compete with ourselves.

What Is A Junior Account Manager’s Role At E2E Customer Focus ? 

ECF Junior Account Manager is the first step into campaign management. We are not expecting you to be a Google Ads or Meta Ads guru (although experience is a plus!), but in this role you will learn to be, through training and first hand experience. 

When you start as a Junior Account Manager, you will be expected to complete a training program that will arm you with the knowledge you will need to begin managing client’s accounts. As you grow, you will be expected to support day-to-day communication across client and creative teams, as you will be first-hand managing ad accounts. You will be responsible for managing the tactical execution and reporting across all channels, creating workflows to ensure seamless and flawless communication flows. 

Above and beyond the desire to learn, we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager who is highly motivated, passionate, and eager to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Working well as part of a team, but also is a strong independent problem solver

*Analyzing data to understand campaign performance and improve future results

*Calculating investment returns using a variety of formulas and KPI’s

*Researching and understanding various client industries

*Management of paid campaigns (Google & Meta Ads) 

*Reporting to clients and team members

*Regular client communication via video call and email and sometimes in-person

*Using tools such as Excel to analyze performance data 

*Management of Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

What Is An Account's Role At E2E Customer Focus ? 

The Accountant is responsible for managing the financial operations of our digital marketing agency, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and maintaining compliance with tax regulations. The accountant work closely with management to track revenue, control costs, and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Prepare financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements). Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.

    Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for the agency.

  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency in agency operations.

  • Identify areas for financial improvement and recommend cost-saving measures.

    Payroll & Tax Compliance

  • Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.

  • Calculate and file taxes, including VAT, income tax, and payroll taxes.

  • Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure the agency remains compliant.

    Client Billing & Revenue Management

  • Issue invoices for digital marketing services and track payments.

  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage debt collection if necessary.

    Financial Analysis & Advisory

  • Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
